These terms cover your use of TCG Chase, run by the TCG Chase team (contact: contact@tcgchase.app). By using the site you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
Prices are a guide
Prices come from public market data (TCGplayer and Cardmarket, via TCGdex) and are refreshed about once a day. They are ungraded prices across mixed conditions, and they may be out of date or wrong. They are not a valuation of your cards or financial advice. Check current listings before you buy or sell.
Card recognition
The scanner can misidentify cards. Always check the result.
Your scans
You keep any rights you have in the photos you scan. By scanning, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to store, copy and use your scans to run and improve the service. That includes training and testing recognition software, and building datasets and products from them, which we may share, license or sell. Only scan trading cards, and don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
Fair use
Don't use the site to break the law, overload it, get around its limits, or copy its data in bulk with automated tools.

Some links to stores are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are between you and the store.
Trademarks
TCG Chase is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon, card names and card images are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners. Card data comes from TCGdex.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or relying on its prices or results. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
